The Heights Leisure Centre Health Suite has a sauna, steam room, needle shower and spa pool
The steam room and sauna work in the same way, raising body temperature and producing perspiration that cleanses the pores of the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed. Finish off with an invigorating needle shower and you'll feel completely refreshed.
A brand new spa pool has now been installed and is a good way to unwind and relax after a game of squash or a Tone Zone session.
Health Suite £3.90
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult when using the health suite. Swimming costumes must be worn at all times. A wrist band sytstem operates for health suite users - please obtain a wristband from reception before you use the health suite. Your One Card will also be 'swiped' at this time

A sauna is a great way to relax after a game of badminton or workout in the Tone Zone. Use of the health suite and sauna is included in the main One Card option.
