All new Tone Zone users require an induction before using the facilities. Supervised by one of our fully qualified instructors, the induction enables us to ascertain your level of fitness and to ensure that you are able to operate the Tone Zone equipment effectively and safely.
Please bring suitable sports wear and trainers when attending your Tone Zone induction. Inductions must be booked in advance; once completed you can use the Tone Zones at The Heights in Sandown and Medina Leisure Centre in Newport.
Price £15 - FREE if you have a One Card, paying monthly by direct debit or an annual payment.
